Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Uplyncio platform, including all services, features, and content offered through uplyncio.com. By registering, accessing, or using Uplyncio in any capacity — whether as a Buyer or Publisher — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Uplyncio is a marketplace that connects website owners (Publishers) with content buyers (Buyers) for guest posting, link building, press release distribution, and content writing services.

1. Definitions

• Uplyncio / Platform: The website uplyncio.com and all associated services, dashboards, and tools.
• Buyer: A registered user who purchases guest posting, link building, or content services through the platform.
• Publisher: A registered user who owns or manages websites and accepts guest post orders from Buyers.
• Order: A request placed by a Buyer for a specific service on a Publisher's listed website.
• Content: Any article, blog post, link insertion, press release, or written material submitted as part of an order.
• Commission: The fee Uplyncio retains from each transaction as a platform service fee.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Uplyncio. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.2 Separate Accounts

Publisher and Buyer accounts are separate on Uplyncio. You may not use the same email address to register both a Publisher and a Buyer account.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify Uplyncio immediately at info@uplyncio.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

2.4 Account Termination

Uplyncio reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or harms the platform or its users.

3. Publisher Terms

3.1 Site Listing

By listing a site, you confirm that you are the owner or an authorized contributor with the right to publish content on it. You must accurately represent your site's metrics including DA, DR, monthly traffic, and categories.

3.2 Site Approval

All submitted sites undergo review. Sites with DA/DR below 10 may be placed on hold. Sites with invalid domains or misleading information will be rejected. Uplyncio's decision on site approval is final.

3.3 Order Acceptance

Publishers have 3 business days to accept or reject an order. Once accepted, delivery must be completed within 10 business days.

3.4 Content Standards

• Minimum 500 words per article unless otherwise specified
• Content must be published as a live, indexable post on the listed domain
• The agreed dofollow/nofollow link must be included exactly as specified
• Published content must remain live for a minimum of 12 months
• No content may be published on a subdomain or third-party subdirectory unless disclosed

3.5 Prohibited Publisher Actions

• Removing or altering published links within the guaranteed period without Buyer consent
• Listing sites you do not own or have authorization to monetize
• Misrepresenting site traffic, DA, DR, or other metrics
• Accepting payment outside the Uplyncio platform for orders placed through Uplyncio
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate ratings or order counts

3.6 Publisher Withdrawals

The following platform commission fees apply on withdrawal:

• PayPal: 7.5% commission deducted from withdrawal amount
• USDT (TRC20): 9.5% commission deducted from withdrawal amount

3.7 Verified Publisher Badge

Publishers who successfully complete 10 or more orders earn a permanent 👑 Verified Publisher badge displayed on all their listings. The badge may be revoked for Terms violations.

4. Buyer Terms

4.1 Ordering & Payments

All payments are processed through your Uplyncio account balance. Pricing displayed includes a platform service markup retained by Uplyncio. This markup is not disclosed to Publishers.

4.2 Order Review

Buyers have 5 business days after delivery to review and approve or request revisions. If no action is taken, the order is automatically completed and payment released to the Publisher.

4.3 Prohibited Buyer Actions

• Submitting content that promotes illegal activity, hate speech, or violates applicable law
• Attempting off-platform transactions with Publishers found through Uplyncio
• Abusing the refund or dispute process to obtain free services
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate ratings or reviews

4.4 Verified Buyer Badge

Buyers who complete 10 or more successful orders earn a 👑 Verified Buyer badge displayed on their profile.

5. Pricing & Commission

Publishers set their base prices. Uplyncio adds a service markup before displaying the price to Buyers. Publishers always receive their originally set price for each completed order. Users are solely responsible for all applicable taxes on their earnings or purchases.

6. Refunds & Disputes

6.1 Refund Eligibility

• Publisher fails to deliver within the agreed timeframe
• Delivered content significantly deviates from requirements and Publisher fails to revise
• Publisher removes the published link within the 12-month guaranteed period
• Publisher's site is penalized or deindexed after order placement

6.2 Non-Refundable Situations

• Buyer changes their mind after Publisher has accepted the order
• Buyer provides incorrect target URLs or content requirements
• Buyer fails to submit content within 7 days (for Content Placement orders)
• Minor differences in tone or style that do not violate agreed requirements

6.3 Dispute Resolution

Contact info@uplyncio.com for disputes. Uplyncio reviews each case and issues a final decision within 7 business days.

7. Content Policy

• Content must not promote illegal products or services
• No hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• No infringement of third-party intellectual property rights
• Adult and gambling content only permitted on explicitly accepting, legally compliant sites
• Minimum 500 words unless explicitly agreed otherwise
• Content must be factually accurate and not spread misinformation

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uplyncio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or business. Uplyncio is not liable for changes in Publisher site metrics after an order is placed. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Hacking, reverse-engineering, or disrupting the platform
• Using bots or automated tools to access the platform
• Impersonating another user or Uplyncio
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or financial crime
• Manipulating reviews, ratings, or verified status
• Conducting off-platform transactions with users met through Uplyncio

10. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Uplyncio reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law.
