Uplyncio is committed to ensuring fair outcomes for all parties on our platform. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are issued, the process for requesting them, and how disputes are resolved. We encourage all users to review this policy before placing or accepting orders.
1. Refund Eligibility — Buyers
As a Buyer, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:
1.1 Full Refund
- The Publisher fails to deliver the order within the agreed timeframe (10 business days) and does not communicate a valid reason
- The Publisher rejects your order after accepting it and no alternative is arranged
- The published content significantly deviates from your agreed requirements and the Publisher fails to provide adequate revisions within 5 business days
- The published link is removed within the guaranteed 12-month period
1.2 Partial Refund
- The order is delivered late but the Buyer still wishes to accept it
- Minor deviations from requirements that are acknowledged by the Publisher
- The Publisher's site metrics have significantly degraded after order placement
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The Buyer changes their mind after the Publisher has accepted the order
- The Buyer provides incorrect, incomplete, or misleading target URLs or content requirements
- The Buyer fails to submit article content within 7 days for Content Placement orders
- Minor differences in writing style, tone, or formatting that do not violate the agreed requirements
- Changes in a Publisher's DA, DR, or traffic metrics after order placement (these fluctuate naturally)
- The order was completed and approved (manually or automatically) by the Buyer
- The Buyer submits a dispute more than 30 days after order delivery
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact the Publisher through the Uplyncio chat system and clearly describe the issue. Allow the Publisher 48 hours to respond.
- Step 2: If the issue is not resolved, submit a dispute request to info@uplyncio.com with your Order ID and a detailed description of the issue.
- Step 3: Uplyncio will review the case and all supporting evidence within 7 business days and issue a final decision.
- Step 4: If approved, the refund will be credited to your Uplyncio account balance within 3 business days of the decision.
4. Link Removal Guarantee
All guest posts placed through Uplyncio come with a 12-month link lifetime guarantee. If a Publisher removes a published link within this period:
- The Buyer must report the removal within 30 days of discovering it
- Uplyncio will contact the Publisher to restore the link within 7 days
- If the link cannot be restored, a full refund or replacement order will be offered
- Repeated link removals by a Publisher will result in account suspension
5. Dispute Resolution
In cases where a Buyer and Publisher cannot agree, Uplyncio acts as a neutral mediator:
- Both parties must submit their evidence (screenshots, order details, communications) within 5 business days of the dispute being opened
- Uplyncio will review all submitted evidence and issue a binding decision within 7 business days
- The decision may result in a full refund, partial refund, order revision, or order closure with no refund
- Uplyncio's decision is final and not subject to appeal
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are credited to your Uplyncio account balance, not directly to your payment method
- Account balance can be used for future orders or withdrawn (subject to withdrawal fees)
- Withdrawal of refunded amounts follows standard withdrawal processing times (3–7 business days)
7. Publisher Dispute Rights
Publishers also have the right to dispute refund claims. If a Publisher believes a refund request is unjustified:
- The Publisher may submit evidence (published URL, screenshots, communication logs) to support their case
- Uplyncio will consider evidence from both sides before making a decision
- Repeated fraudulent dispute claims by Publishers may result in account suspension
